Travel Insurance Help

Options
Hi Guys,

I've booked 2 separate tickets for New York and Aruba over Christmas. Are Lingus to JFK and Jet Blue down to Aruba. The airlines don't have a partnership and on the return I have 3 hours 5 minutes until my next flight. That is providing everything runs on time however, New York in December the weather can be shocking and it's the 27th December so it can be pretty busy, so we'd need to clear passport control, collect out bags, then re check-in for our flight back to Dublin. Is there a company that will insure us for missed flights due to bad weather, flight delays (not making the onward flight) and missed departure in general? The plus side is, both flights depart from the same terminal at JFK.

(Or should this be posted on the travel forum?)

Thank you,

Aaron

Try Sainsbury's Travel Insurance - they offer an independent traveller insurance, which should cover you. Make sure you tell them all the relevant facts during your telephone conversation.
