There also used to be an issue with the electric meters, whereas if the rented property had prepaid meters in then solar would not work unless the property had credit on the meter. Whether this has been addressed or not I don't know, but it's one of the reasons I don't have any panels on any of my rental properties.

The real cost per KWh is 28.78p not 3.47p

No, the gas is 3.47p/kWh. I'm not sure where you got 28.78p, but if that's the real price remind me not to get whatever you've been smoking before signing up with a new energy provider!

Given this is a very typical price for gas and is written clearly on the bill I don't see why you're arguing against it. It's like mangling some simple arithmetic and insisting you pay £9.85/litre for petrol, it's so far out that it's obviously a mistake.

I guess you are referring to another post here. But I was smoking at all at that time.
They sent an email informing the fixed price was going to end and the next tariff would have been XXXX.
Cost per pence was more expensive, hence I changed.

    Rent it out?

How are you going to do that for a property you don't own?

Where did you read that I don't own my property?

There's an implication in your post that you are selling your house.

Last post from me - whilst I'm enjoying the comedy of this thread it's not really adding any value
