Thanks but that's even more expensive than Symprove...and I don't have IBS, it's more like digestive problems.

I am sometimes taking probiotics but not the brand you're asking about. I take Biocare and it really improves my digestion. I keep it in the fridge.

Biocare B12 and probiotics are the two supplements that make a big difference in how I feel.

Omg I've just checked the price of symprove - £22 for 500ml?? Crazy!! Can it really be that special?...
I pay ~£19 for 60 capsules and I consider that to be quite expensive...
  • Thanks blue_mango, I also think it's too expensive.. I've been also looking into Kefir, very cheap to make and it contains the same probiotics.

Can you tell me which biocare product do you use? I've googled it but I get lots

My friends and family love kefir, it's really popular in eastern europe but I personally can't force myself to try it...

Checked my shopping history - I buy BioCare Bio Acidophilus Vegi Capsules Pack of 60. Haven't tried any other variety made by biocare.

Thanks. Kefir for me is yogurt, I wouldn't have a problem drinking it every day as I like yogurt.

I'm considering buying the grains and trying for a while, but it's a bit of a pain having to prepare it everyday...
