Help!

I took 3 student loans out at the end of the 90s but initially didn't earn enough to pay it back. Now I think I do but only because I have to work 2 jobs, last year I only gave in one jobs payslip and didn't disclose the second job; but I am worried about doing it again this year incase they check, I have to support my extended family which would be impossible if I have to pay the student loan.

Can anyone tell me whether the student loan companies can check with inland revenue how much im earning and do they thoroughly check tax details on wage slips.

Yes: of course they have access to the same information as HMRC (the new name for what used to be Inland Revenue). Unless you think your extended family would protect you from a fraud prosecution, I suggest you 'come clean' PDQ.
