AVOID Nail Art salon Albany Rd Cardiff
I feel so stupid.
Visited Nail Art salon in Albany Rd Cardiff and handed over £30 for gel nails + when home googled and I have been given acrylic nails which they charge £20 for.
The nails are lifting a few are painful and look terrible so I'm going to have to have the nails removed.
Booked them last minute and before I visited the reviews I read on the internet were good as is their website.
Today I've found some terrible reviews of unhappy customers returning and being shouted at in the shop by male staff .
The staff are chinese male manager and one male staff who did my nails plus young female.
They only accept cash so that should have given me a clue.
I think for nail salons you pay for what you get-
cheaper price =low quality and poor service .
Lesson learnt.
