Vanguard ftse 100 etf dividend

Hi
Does anybody know if the dividend from the Vanguard FTSE 100 ETF has a tax credit available with it? The dividend has been paid to me via Hargreaves Lansdown but their tax statement says nothing about tax deducted or a tax credit available?

It is domiciled in Ireland. Therefore no tax credit.0
