refund/replacement without proof of purchase

Can I get a refund or replacement without a receipt? I bought an item from tommee tippee online at the beginning of the year and it broke yesterday the only proof I have is that £80 came out of my bank to tommee tippee.

Your bank statement is proof of purchase.
