Aqua cashback card without cashback!

I decided to keep my Aquacard cashback card going for the free non-sterling transaction fees option. So I just put about £20 to £30 on it each month to keep it ticking over. The bulk of my purchases go on my capital one card that gives 1% but has a 2.75% non sterling charge.
Since Aquacard dropped its 3% cashback and went to 0.5% I have not earned anything. Of course it would only be a very small amount but wondered whether you needed to spend a min before the cashback kicked in? Also when they went from 3% to 0.5% the last statement was about £6 in cashback less than it should have been and looks like the last three bigger purchases I did to cash in (!) were not counted. Have contacted Aquacard over both issues but was given a generic and unhelpful reply!
Anyone still using the Aqua cashback card?
cheers!

You just reminded me that I still haven't got my cashback...
Didn't do anything since they stopped the 3%. Had £97 cashback they still need to pay me.0 -
According to http://www.aquacard.co.uk/credit-card-faq, there is a cap on cashback of £100 per year:
Is it possible that you've reached this limit perhaps? Are you complying with the other terms? If so, and if they've not been helpful thus far, raise a formal complaint....with the aqua Reward card we'll give you 0.5% cash back on all your purchases (up to a maximum of £100 each year). Here's how aqua Reward works. Providing you've been managing your account well by paying at least the minimum amount due on time and keeping within your credit limit, you'll receive 0.5% cash back on all your purchases up to the maximum above0 -

I have just sent Aqua an online message about the same issue today. My February statement which covers the switch to 3% to 0.5% incorrectly shows a negative figure for cashback and none of my 3 subsequent statements show any cash back earned at all.
Will let you know what they eventually say..

I am up to £30 cashback but nothing added since January and that worked out at about £6 short. I have complied with all their rules and did sucessfully get the £100 for the first year of the card. But since they dropped the cashback rate they have gone right off the boil. I only decided to keep it going as the lack of Non sterling fees (together with some cashback- or not!) was quite useful.
From now on I will only spend a bare minimum every couple of months to keep the card active. And hope I at least get this £30 off my September statement when the anniversary is due.
I did get a letter from them in March when I contacted them saying they were aware of issues with the cashback and were trying to work out a solution! Thats easy- just give us the cashback we are due! :rotfl:0
