Pretty much nothing you have said is relevant and only really constitutes mitigation, which POPLA is not interested in.

The fact that the car parks are not directly linked but are being treated as one may be an interesting point but that's it really. What you also need to be careful of is the fact that you would have to admit to breaking the law to enter the second car park. The cameras may also be positioned in such a way that it only picks up people leaving/entering the car park in a legal manner. Therefore it may have not detected you entering the second car park and instead has treated it as all one stay in the first one.

But all of that is kind of irrelevant.

You need to appeal, firstly to Parking Eye, using the template in the Newbies forum. Then appeal to POPLA using the templates again contained in the Newbies thread. It appears you have done some reading with your reference to no GPEOL etc.

Thank you for the advice, much appreciated. I understand most of the circumstance would be of little relevance or grounds for appeal. The entrance/exit for the second car park are on the same road and I did enter through the correct entrance, but the time difference would be less than expected.

So yes, best to consider all that irrelevant and stick to the script as it were. I have read plenty on this forum and others so will act on that good advice. Thanks.
