Hi everyone. Took DS2 and DS3 up to my stepmothers for the weekend. Due to my job, my rail travel was free, then was picked up, dropped off and ferried around in between by my stepmother. Went to the beach yesterday, as the weather was glorious.
Aside from food and drink on the train, I don't think it cost me a penny.
If only every weekend could be this cheap :-)Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
This weekend I......
Cut the lawn,
Tidied up the rest of the garden,
Pinched out tomato plant,
Washed 3 windows and the nets,
Put a wash on and hung it outside,
Listed 3 items on ebay,
Wrote my budget for June pay day,
Hoovered and cleaned the interior of my carDave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0 -
Hello all,
Have been traumatised this weekend as old slow laptop decided it had given up the will to carry on working. OH has spent all weekend "flattening and rebuilding it". It is almost there but I can't wait any longer so have borrowed hubbie's work tablet (he isn't keen on me using this).
Have had a good weekend - spent most of it in the garden cutting the grass and hedge, weeding and tidying up. Also, baking doing laundry and sitting in the sun.
Have almost completed £500 prize crossword - need to google a few things to finish it off
Best wishes to all x0 -
