aqualisa shower pump

hi all, I'm having trouble with my shower pump, its a positive supply, cold tank in loft, hot water tank in airing cupboard with the pump beside it,its an old aqualisa (aquastream I believe, which they no longer make) pump which started to leak , I acquired the end piece which was leaking from another pump, put it back together and now the pump no longer pumps, it is the same pressure whether the pump is turned on or off , same fittings and everything, any ideas
