Hi guys,
I just moved into a new area. I bought a detached broken property which I fully renovated it and I am moving into my house. My next door detached property is empty and there is an alleyway between two properties, which I use to part my car.
My back door neighbour from other street rang my house and he want my car to be removed from the alleyway so he can park there.
My Question is who has a right to park a car in alleyway?

The answer really should be in the deeds0 -

unfortunately nothing has been mentioned in deeds.
my neighbour who live in a end terrace house next street only has backdroom at alleyway. I wish if I can post photos here as attachments0 -
If nothing is mentioned in your deeds, then it's not going to be your land to park on.
You can download your neighbours title plans from the Land Registry for £3 each if you need an answer.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Surely the purpose of an alley is to enable access, so no one should be parking there?0

Is the alleyway part of your land that the neighbour has a right of way to use - get their deeds to check.
If it's not part of your land, why do you think you have the right to park on it?0 -
Stop blocking an alleyway, its an access for ALL who back onto it - not just you.0
