i won but they havnt removed default

:mad: hi i won against capitol one but there was no mention of them removing the default i asked them to remove,do i carry on with court claim or cancel claim and request this be removed?:money:

    I will bump this but add if the default is lower than the charges you are claiming then you may be able to continue for the removal of the default. You said you won, what do you mean exactly?
