    Seriously, put it on Gumtree. It costs nothing, you can add a few photos, and it's the place most people got to when looking to rent.

    Now that letting agents in Scotland can't charge all sorts of fees to prospective tenants I know of a few people who have just been asked to provide a copy of their statutory credit file. Not sure if the agent still charges the landlord for performing a credit check though.
