Tax credits help....again

Hi,
I am trying to fill in my TC603R renewal letter/form. Am confused.

My income from two jobs is fine, added together gives me income for the year to put on the form.

Childcare costs are right for two children on the form tax credits have sent to me as I informed them of this at the beginning of the year and havent changed.
All good so far:)

Partner income on P60 is 21,308 and part of this is £6667 SMP (for 9 months).

I wonder if you helpful people can let me know if i can deduct £6667 from 21,308 and put this as income for partner on the declaration form, or can only part of it be deducted (£100/week??? £3600???).

So total income for the form, (I think) would be my income plus partner income minus £6667 or £3600 or some other figure?

Thank you very much in advance.

Its up to £100 per week you can deduct so would be the 3600 you can deduct assuming she took 36 weeks. SMP can be paid up to 39 weeks though although maybe your partner didn't take full entitlement?

thanks for the reply, she took 9 months from June 2013--March 2014. I was just assuming 4 weeks per month without working the weeks out. On working it out it is 39 weeks.
Thanks for letting me know that.

So i am fine in writing her income as
    21,308-3900=£17408?

thanks, I have one other question.
on the declaration, Part 3, personal circumstances:

    What do i tick if,
my income is slightly different to that on the annual review (step A-C)
my partners income is not detailed on the annual review but HMRC know it and hasnt changed since i told them last year.

Do i say yes my personal circs have change, or say no as all info on the declaration i have just completed is correct? If that makes sense.

Thanks for the answers, i see what you mean.
No changes to working hours, childs details, or childcare from what we have given to the HMRC already.
Amount of pay per year will be more this year I am sure, than it was last year as don't intend on having any more children so partner will be back to full time wages. i think you get a £5000 disregard if I am not wrong?
