Hi folks, I can't actually find my old thread on this subject, however you have all been very kind so far. My GF has just got the letter from Care Parking as they have identified her as the owner from DVLA. You know the story, she must pay £100 now or £150 if she leaves it for 28 days. Can I ask you again, are you all happy that the flowchart that shows the way to deal with this is the most effective way? I personally feel like visiting Care Parking in person to have a word but obviously that might, er, backfire.
Have a look at "Don't shop at the Range St Helens" on facebook and post whatever you want, there is no restriction on foul language.
To remind you, Care Parking changed the signs to say that even customers of The Range will be charged if they walk off the site, even for a minute. What a bunch of scammers.
THANK YOU EVERYONE, and if anyone can show me how to find an old thread, I could repost this on there, if it maketh life easier.

To find your old threads go to your profile and then statistics and there will be an option to view threads started.
In the mean time, your next step should be to appeal, in writing, to the parking company. Do not go to their office or engage them in any conversation beyond the appeal letter. Do not lower yourself to their level.0 -
