Paid parking but for wrong location number

Hi All,

I paid for parking using the pay by phone method because they already have my car and card details.

I got a ticket because I typed the wrong location number, I parked in the street next to my usual parking place and presumed it would be the same.

Well... Hackney council have written to me turning down my challenge, is it worth appealing or just paying the £65 and swearing silently.

Any advice would be great.

As this is a council ticket I would advise posting on the PePiPoo forum (http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30) as they have more knowledge of this area.

You'll need to upload copies of any notices/correspondence you have received (obscure any personal/identifiable information).
