Another £20 for a job I did yesterday.

Mrs C your chemist MS made me laugh it reminded me of me many years ago when I did in-store promotions and demonstrations.

I had to work in my very local T*scos wearing a big purple sash which said Miss pedigree chum !!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:handing out free samples and coupons. You can imagine the comments and sniggers I got.But I needed the money badly at the time so just held my head up and carried on handing out those coupons :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am also sure I had to wear a crown :eek: Those were the heady days of fame.

I've had a few distractions this month with a friend being diagnosed as crazy ill and I fell off my mountain bike last Sunday so have had a week off work recovering. The week off work was very bad news for £££ as I get no sick pay at all BUT this thread has made it less painful. I haven't hit my goal but I'm really happy with it. Will report back with final total in a min.
    May 2015 £10 a day currently £208

I started on 27 May so should have got £340 for total £10 a day and I thought I'd made about £200 but I've actually made £262.50 so I'm really really chuffed. I've also got a few things lined up for next month to make it a little easier. Thanks all for the ideas. :T:beer:

  • Ouch! Sorry to hear that Batgirl, hope you (and your friend) are better soon.

DH and I had a very rare night out last night for a surprise party. My Mum gave me £5 towards a drink while we were out, I found 11p roadkill there, and a friend had given DH £20 so he would get her drinks from the bar all night when he went to get ours. At the end of the night she refused to take her change from him and we actually came back in credit! Took £22.50 out and came back with £29!!

£5 Ebay sale after fees to add.

Listed a few more bits this afternoon. Beginning to lose track of Ebay and Paypal fees. Does anyone use a speadsheet to keep track of this challenge?

    Hi

Just a few things to add:
    P*necone £3
    Sains voucher £6
Extra 20p change from T*sco self service till - all donations gratefully received...
    20p As*a price guarantee
    Tesco vouchers £1.05
    New total is £45.50.

I've done another p*necone survey today, sold a book on eb*y and used another s*ins voucher for a delivery. Some or all of these may come through by tomorrow night - we'll see.

Well done to everybody on the thread, some brilliant and inspiring totals!
