Offer Made but more charges since claim what to do???

From 3 accounts with Natwest we were orginally claiming approx £1300, we wrote to Natwest at the end of April requesting the charges back but when I had not heard anything last week I wrote again. Since my letter in April there have been more charges and the amount now totals approx £1700. On Friday we received 3 seperate offers from Natwest of approx £1100. Now of course we are not happy with this because of the additional charges. We would be happy with £1500.
I phoned Natwest today to see what we do & was told to accept the offers but write at the bottom the additional charges we want. I am unsure if this is the correct thing to do as the letter says "we accept in full & final settlement" The lady at Natwest said this was only to stop us from making another claim in 6 months time.

What do you guys think I should do?
do I do as the Natwest lady says & accept the offers but writing at the bottom the additional charges or
do I write to natwest to say that we do not accept the offers because of the additional charges.

Also I looked at my account today & have been charged another £28 Grrrrrrr

Also if after the charges have been reclaimed we continue to get charges can we start a new application?

thanks in advance for the advice :)
