Just wanted to say thanks for the advise, I hot a ticket at Moorgate in Bury, waited for the NTK and sent your template as an appeal. I receive a letter within 7 days from UKPC stating that "whilst we feel that the parking charge was correctly issued and that we were following guidelines and enforcement controls agreed with our client, we have decided in this instance due to an administrative error, that the parking charge will be cancelled" Thank you once again x

Ohhh we've seen that 'admin error' excuse from UKPC before, LOL! They don't know how to respond to the template appeal I think - well done!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I'd like to know where the administrative error is if they really think the PCN has been issued correctly and conforms to their agreement with their client. Cop out maybe?0

So called "administrative error" = we know you've got forum help and will win at POPLA so we're going to give up now before we waste another £27.00All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0
