PCN from APCOA/Roxburghe

Options
Hello,
I searched for a such usefull information in my case but I can not find anything. What is it all about? I got a PCN for dropping off outsie of a desifnated area at London Luton Airport by APCOA on 11/02/2014, date of issue notice is 26/02, I said okay i will pay them that £80, so I went to their online secure payments and unfortunately I was unable to pay that ticket. Then I went to google and search for information about that so I just read on some forums 'Ignore that' so I just ignored that and didn't do anything about thay. Finally few day ago I received a letter from Roxburghe asking me to pay £128 within 14 days. I read whole newbie thread but I didn't feel informed well. From things I have read till now I know that is too late to appeal to APCOA but I still can do that and I can appeal to Roxburghe, am I right? If I will do that what is the approximetly chance to get that cancelled and how long it will take because if I have to spend on that a lot of time probably I prefer to just pay it. And if I have to write to Roxburghe what I have to wrote them? Have I to told them that I tried to pay that but the website didn't wanna let me go trough? Afetwards can I massage them by an email or I have to send it by a post? Please for some advice.

all fully explained in the NEWBIES sticky thread you did not read at the top of this forum

also, using search words like apcoa and luton and airport will bring up scores of threads about this , as would the search word roxburghe too

So you seem to have read forum threads from 2012 or older and were only ONE click away from the right current advice on page one all the time. Don't make the same mistake on forums again, never just stay on the first random thread that Google throws at you and not notice the date of the discussion - you only ever need one click to get to page one of the forum an old thread is archived on! See my signature below which tells people where to click and tells people not to ignore these.

The NEWBIES thread covers all your queries and there's a whole post about boring debt collector letters. It's at the top of page one (one click away, as per my signature, use the blue breadcrumb trail link at the top of the page to always find your way back home to page one from any thread you read). No more discussion needed really, it's all there. You missed a trick, should have appealed and won like we all do and have advised for well over a year. But so what, really, it's no big deal and a keeper is NOT liable re a fake PCN on Airport land.
how long it will take because if I have to spend on that a lot of time probably I prefer to just pay it.
No you wouldn't, as keeper you are not even liable! It's just some letters, come on! Do you pay off phishing emailers too?!

Please search the forum for Roxburghe and just read other threads as this has been discussed to death and new threads about the letters just aren't needed (sorry but they are not, the info is already on other threads from 2014 and we've seen enough of the letters). Use 'search this forum' next to 'forum tools' on page one of the parking forum above the NEWBIES sticky thread.

Put in Roxburghe and change the default search to 'show posts', make a cup of coffee and bore yourself senseless reading the umpteen zillion threads from people asking the same questions day in day out, getting the same letter chain as you.

Personally I wouldn't bother to reply at all to Roxburghe, I would just ignore but keep all the letters until it stops. But that's nothing unique - that's what we've been doing here for a decade and was the default advice before POPLA existed as an appeals system. You missed it. Never mind, move on and don't pay them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
