Terms & Conditions

1. The closing date for this competition is 4pm on 27th June 2014 and there will be only 1 winner chosen.
2. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date from all the correct entries received.
3. Only 1 entry per person is permitted.
4. The chosen winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 48 hours otherwise another winner will be chosen.
5. This competition is open to everyone over the age of 18 years old, except for employees within the Brentano Group of companies, participating or associated companies and promotions agencies, and the families of the any of the above. When contacted the winner will be required to provide evidence of being over 18 years old.
6. The prize is made up of a "£500 voucher to spend at caseluggage.com" which can be spent on full priced merchandise only.
7. Product availability depends on stock, and products may be substituted for the nearest match at Case London's discretion.
8. The prize is not transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The product(s) received as the prize cannot be exchanged or refunded via the website or stores.
10. The product(s) won as part of the prize cannot be sold for commercial gain via any re-seller or re-selling website.
11. Case London reserves the right to change the prize at any time.
12. The winner will be chosen by Case London in its absolute discretion. Case London's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Details of the winner will be announced on caseluggage.com.
13. Case London is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or damaged entries.
14. Case London may wish to use winners' names, details, photos and wish list for editorial and publicity purposes on the caseluggage.com website, blog, email, social media or printed communications. It is a condition of entry to this competition that you agree to this use of your name and information.
15. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
16. Except otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal Case London terms and conditions apply to the prize and the collection of any data.
17. Entry to this competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By entering you agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations.

    Maybe worth to point this out unless you confidence/happy/not care with your choice of the team.

    World cup start on 12th June 2014, The closing date for this competition is 4pm on 27th June 2014. About two weeks to see how they peform before to make the choice. :cool:

    Only 1 entry per person is permitted. Hope someone bump here before the closing date :p

    These two t&cs contradict each other! The world cup final isn't till 13th July, so how can they draw from the CORRECT guesses two weeks before then?!
    Surely it must just be a random guess thing cos otherwise it makes no sense.

    It doesn't say that the winner will be drawn on the 27th, it says after.

    If you enter you are best to enter tonight / tomorrow - then you will know all of the teams that have got out of the group stages.
    So far the highlighted teams are through, the last 2 places will be decided tonight.
