By way of update I can confirm that DE withdrew the case after a defence was filed and they were subject of a Part 18 request.

    A good result.

They obviously didnt want to answer the questions.

I'm afraid that she is. ;)

    Relevance to current thread though?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

see page one where TD opened the can of worms, and umkomaas but forward his rebuttal , not for me to shed light on relevance as its already a part of the thread and the original problem has been reported as dealt with (cancelled)

the point was that just because somebody is reported as honourable or trustworthy doesnt make it true , neither do knighthoods etc either

nor would any letters from disgraced chief constables like these http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/disgraced-cleveland-police-chiefs-sean-7412332 help in the case of ex police officers turned parking companies execs as they could be just as tainted just like these so-called "witness statements" we see so much of on here (usually worthless as are the people mentioned in them)

or disgraced methodist ministers like the REV Paul Flowers , ex chairman of the COOP BANK which are people that should be beyond reproach but rarely are

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2508464/Crystal-meth-shame-Co-op-bank-chief-Paul-Flowers.html

people with these paperwork accolades tend to be the ones "found out" and shamed sometime down the line (even after the grim reaper catches up with them)

    so as 4cr clearly said
They obviously didnt want to answer the questions.

    sycophants
