All travel must be booked with Kuoni at least nine weeks prior to preferred departure date. Travel must be taken between 1 October 2014 and 1 October 2015 with blackout dates: 23 December 2014 - 28 February 2015 and 20 March 2015 - 10 April 2015. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday or hotel. Photocopied prize vouchers will not be accepted, and lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Prize is subject to availability when booking for two guests travelling and sharing accommodation over seven consecutive nights. Prize is not valid in combination with any other offer or promotion. Travel insurance is not included. It is the responsibility of the individual passengers to ensure that they have travel insurance cover, valid passports and inoculations prior to their journey. Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport-holders must be obtained prior to travel. Once the flight tickets are issued, no changes can be made to the booking.
