Thanks da-rule. It wasn’t dark when the driver entered at 5pm so we can’t make a point about poorly lit signs in the dark unless we refer to the point in time when the so-called contract was breached, at 5am. Should we leave it out then?
A different question which is puzzling me. On page 3 of PE’s ‘unsuccessful appeal’ letter with the POPLA code, it includes an Annex of 11 court cases from 19/07/2013 to 28/08/2013 with the following wording.
“The below cases are not a full list of all PE’s court hearings, they are however every court hearing where the issue of GPEOL has been raised since POPLA has been in place. As you can see no Judge has ruled against PE on this matter.”
OK, I know this is irrelevant as we’re going to POPLA not court. But is this true? Doesn’t GPEOL win in court? Can it possibly be true that GPEOL has not been raised in court since 28/08/2013?0 -
