FirstUtility cheap ... but bad reviews

I have been on a fixed price tariff to April 2015 with First Utility since Nov 2013 with no problems at all. They have contacted me this week by email offering two new fixed price tariffs, One to Oct 2016 and another to Jan 2018. Obviously they are both a little dearer than my current tariff but with energy costs going up regularly I am tempted.
Using my estimated annual use I reckon the Jan 2018 tariff will cost about £200/year more than I pay now. I wish I had a crystal ball to see how energy prices are forecast to increase for the next 3 years.
Any ideas anyone?0 -

If you go on their website and choose the switch tariff option, you'll find a 3rd tariff probably until November 2015 which is probably less than you are paying now. Might be worth switching to that instead.0
