Hi Guys.
My head is absolutely spinning.
Just got off the phone from Npower.
Yet another error, yet another compaint heading to them from me! I've only been with them just over a year and I have had nothing but trouble. At last my 12 months is up so I am taking my £60 duel fuel discount and I'm off! Or at least I will be when I sort out my latest £300 discrepency:mad:
I have checked all the comparison sites. And the final thing I did was to just check the prices per kw.
Thanks

I can see that British Gas seems favourable in price but not in Customer Service. Scottish Power seem OK on both things but EDF seem to be tops in Customer Service.
Can anyone out there give me an honest opinion. I fancy trying EDF but don't understand KW conversions well enough to tell if the money difference comes down to pennies or mega bucks
