I'd say minimum 6 MP for printed material and minimum 2 MP for pictures online.

Will you require wide angle lenses for photographing interiors?

Perhaps the ability to adjust the white balance, or to take pictures in RAW mode and adjust the white balance later, if taking pictures under varying indoor lighting conditions?
