Just to give you details of timescale........I started at beginning of April with appointment with CAB. Following that I attended a further meeting a week later and a DAS was advised. One more meeting was arranged a month later as they had to write to all my creditors for outstanding balances owed. At this stage I started to keep checking DAS register to see if my DAS was issued to creditors. It appeared at end of May and exactly 22 days (as seemed to be the case with most other people on register) it was approved. Now awaiting information for first payment details which I believe has to be within 42 days of approved days. Very few phone calls and letters as CAB advisor was in contact with the correct people to deal with late/missed collections.

Thank you John, it seems like my application has just been really slow getting off the mark.

Still waiting on my das to kick in but Im hoping things start soon.
