No doubt those in Chorley Towers will seek to use this response as further demonstration of the PP's "frivolous and flippant" approach. In this sense those of us outside PPC World would generally use the term "earnest and factual". Surely there is nothing wrong with a sense of humour unless, perhaps, a multi-million pound business depends on a seeming absence of it?
