In court tomorrow!

Hi Everybody,

Well, I'm in court with the NatWest in Liverpool tomorrow at midday (along with several other claims apparently, so might see a couple of you there ;)). Any ideas if Cobbett's are likely to call tomorrow to offer to settle before the hearing? Would it be bad form to call them and ask for them to settle before the court case? And, assuming that a judgment is passed in my favour if they don't try to settle beforehand, any idea how long it is before they'll pay up?
