I've had quite a few friends who have been ripped off with the same issue of being under paid for their old phones (with the possible exception seeming to have been Mazuma).
The other thing to be aware of is that most of the high street phone stores seem to buy phones now. I am considering upgrading my Nexus and the local Carphone Warehouse store was happy to talk to me about trade in deals the other day although I haven't taken plunge yet.0 -
Do they send pre-paid envelopes?
