Bank Account Facilities Reclaim

Hi;
I've just spoken with an old colleague who has told me he is in touch with someone who can reclaim for car insurances, phone insurances, holiday insurances, breakdown cover etc all the things sold to us as part of our bank accounts. As far as i know, this is only for the UK Armed Forces. This guy will take 30% of the funds reclaimed. Does anyone have any knowledge of the method to do this? Are there any templates out there to assist with reclaiming?
