Lloyds club benefits

How long should it take for the cinema tickets that I chose when I set this account up to arrive? I opened the account at the beginning of may and have heard nothing to date.

    You are given a date of when they'll arrive, typically about 30 days after you've open the account to allow you time to change your mind.

    Note that if they have your email they'll be emailed to you. You'll then have to print them out. Otherwise they'll be posted to you.

    I have had my Club account since it first came live - I still haven't received the tickets - I decided to phone them today.

    They said I should have got them but they haven't been sent - something wrong with their system. They said they will call me back in a couple of days.

    I would advise anyone to call up and find out too if you haven't received anything.

    Have you checked your junk folder as well as any and all inboxes?

    I opened the A/c on Day 1 and had an email with the tickets about 5 weeks later, the email isn't clear that you have to print the tickets off yourself. What's stopping you printing them several times I don't know but there must be a barcode or something to highlight that.

    I had to update my software for it to print, the tickets didn't show on the email when viewed on my iPad, think it was some for of PDF file.

    You answered your own question. The tickets have unique QR codes in the top right corner. Vue simply scan these barcodes so each ticket can only be used once. The advantage is that you can print them yourself and if you lose any, simply re-print them.
