    which option to choose their are 4 popla appeal

    i was not improperly parked.


    The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount.


    The vehicle was stolen.


    I am not liable for the parking charge.
    do I copy an paste in my appeal or use upload evidence

    It's not evidence, it's the actual appeal. You don't need to upload evidence.

    just got an email saying my popla appeal has been re scheduled till next month any thing to be concerned about or is this normal

    I suspect they are getting so many appeals they can't keep up. Bad news for you personally, but good news if this is the case! Besides it's summer, they're probably all on holiday!

    It hasn't been re-scheduled - that's the normal timeline. Have you not read any other threads about POPLA and how it works for people, how long it takes? I would if it was my first time of appealing with that service and was on a forum chock full of people talking about their POPLA appeals. There's so much info here.

    Next you will be posting in a panic when you get the PPC's evidence email - please don't panic!
