i was not improperly parked.
The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount.
The vehicle was stolen.
I am not liable for the parking charge.

It's not evidence, it's the actual appeal. You don't need to upload evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I suspect they are getting so many appeals they can't keep up. Bad news for you personally, but good news if this is the case! It hasn't been re-scheduled - that's the normal timeline. Have you not read any other threads about POPLA and how it works for people, how long it takes? I would if it was my first time of appealing with that service and was on a forum chock full of people talking about their POPLA appeals.
