I finaly recieved a letter yesterday about the PIP application I made last year. They have accepted it at the standard rate between 5/7/13 - 17 / 10 / 16. When I will be able to claim again if I want to 14 weeks before termination. I also get a backdated payment which was put in the bank today will come in very handy right now as this is all the income I have!
The releif is huge. Thanks to all who have supported me thus far it is much appreciated

Has this delay caused you any financial loss?
If so, request compensation.
