By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter of this prize draw is The Jordans & Ryvita Company Limited, Holme Mills, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SG18 9JY (the “Promoter”).
The Promoter is offering those who enter this promotion a chance to win a pair of tickets (five pairs of tickets are to be given away in total) to the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show between any day from 8th July 2014 and 13th July 2014. Accommodation and travel to and from the venue is not included within the prize.
Ten runners up will each receive a hamper of Jordans Cereals, which consists of mixed boxes of Jordans products; the exact flavours cannot be specified.
This prize draw is open to mainland UK residents only, ages 18 and above, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd (“Jordans”), their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. One entry per household.
This promotion is open to entries from Wednesday 28th May 2014 until midnight on Wednesday 25th June 2014.

No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
Five entries will be selected at random on Thursday 26th June 2014. The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided with their entry and will be asked to provide their home address. If a winner fails to respond within 3 days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be sent by registered post to the address provided by the winner within 5 days of confirmation of the winner’s postal address.
The Promoter cannot take responsibility for any prizes lost or damaged in the post.
The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash or other alternative is available, but the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
