I am trying to get SP to refund me an overpayment - at the moment, I am over £170 in credit and have requested a refund on several occasions over the last month..
SP will not even respond to my email
Monthly DD is a mere £48 - so we are looking at over 3 months worth of credit !

Still no response from SP !!
  • I rang them, on hold for over 90 minutes and they said they would refund me about £100 within 5 working days.

    It didn't happen!!

    So 4 weeks later....

I contacted them on twitter, and within 24 hours the money was in my bank account.

I used "Manage My Payments" to drop the monthly amount to about £40 from around £140. Got a confirmation e-mail next day.
