Do search the forum for 'Scotland' and read other threads of people's experiences with ignoring the tedious DRP and Zenith letters - as there's nothing more to add.
IGNORE FAKE PCNS IN SCOTLAND & NI. NO MORE QUESTIONS NEEDED. OTHER THREADS WILL HELP YOU SEE IT'S OK & HOW LONG THE BORING LETTERS LAST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I know the car park - indeed I was there last Saturday.
I saw the UKPC attendant walking around (not that he did much - completely ignored 3 cars parked across lines so each blocking 2 bays). I even said to the missus "This is one of those car parks where you can ignore any tickets you receive as they are unenforceable in Scotland".0 -
Ignore!!!
I was wary at first with advice to ignore (Mostly, because the 'charge notice' was issued on my partners name, but it was me, who parked the car at their carpark and left it for just over 4 hours)
I did ignore it indeed.
yesterday I've received another letter from them (good quality paper and ink!!!!!)
And I've just checked my partners email account (I'm allowed to do so)
I've sent them a letter, telling to f--k off, that I'm (my partner that is) do not have to disclose who was the driver and if they like to take it any further, they are welcome to do so, as I would have an evidence I was at work that day and that time.
also I've mentioned about breaching Data Protection act by obtaining my (my partners) personal details from DVLA.
ok, now to the point!
the email, I've received, says:
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your correspondence. With reference to the Charge Notice issued to the above vehicle, after reviewing our data and in view of the representations made in connection with its issue, we can confirm that we have decided to cancel this Notice and no further action is to be taken.
Yours faithfully,
Total Parking Solutions Limited
So, IGNORE! that's pretty recent result- I've parked on the 29 of APR this year.
Can't still believe, that I was planning to pay the 'charge notice', luckily I've decided to check what other people say about it and ignored it!0 -
Hi I have also received a letter from Zenith Collections for parking at Braehead in a bay with hatchings which was not obvious. The letter offered a reduced settlement of £80, which if not paid within 7 days will result in them commencing court proceedings.
I have thus far ignored all letters, any other advice or continue to ignore?
Thanks0 -
The advice is no different to the rest of this thread - just keep-on ignoring them!
If you are getting the "reduced" offer, you are nearing the end of their letter chain.0
