Has Syne Apparel stopped trading?

My daughter purchased clothes in January from syneapparel.com, well she gave me cash and I ordered the goods using paypal.
I wasn't happy about this order as there was no phone number or trading address on the website, but my daughter convinced me that her friends had ordered goods and had received them even if it took a long time as they shipped from USA.
The confirmation from paypal had future_clothing@hotmail.co.uk as the payment address which differed from the email confirmation from syneappare.com. No physical trading address on the confirmation email either nor any indicative delivery date.
Goods were never delivered. I emailed multiple times, once they did reply to me saying "sorry remind me what you have ordered?", this was in reply to the email that had that the full order listed!
45 day Paypal limit have passed, so they have wiped their hands off this as they have their commission now, nice way to line their own pockets.
syneapparel.com website has now disappeared so I assume they have stopped trading. Their facebook page hasn't been updated since last year.
futureclothing.co.uk exists - it came up when I did a google search on future_trading@hotmail.co.uk.
I have reported the site to Citizens Advice who are reporting it to trading standards as it does not have a trading address on its site.
Disgusting that paypal are happy to support web sites that are trading without regard to regulations in this country so that they can pocket their commission regardless of the scam going on.

http://whois.domaintools.com/syneapparel.com gives you the name and address of the owner of the domain
Its a different person to who owns the other domain so no way of saying its the same business or not, can be just a coincidentally similar name. http://whois.domaintools.com/futureclothing.co.uk0 -
