I think I have the same problem, the bearings have separated from the plastic moulding which holds the pin that fits in the top of the door. I'm equally frustrated that we cant get a genuine spare part and have looked at the LK site. It didnt recognise the part number you quoted but an item matching your description ("3/4" Shower door oval edge roller with metric thread -package) is shown as part number M6206, price $11.28 for a pair. Is that the same one as you used?
If it is the same one, am I looking at having to drill through the plastic moulding so I can insert a bolt that then screws into the new bearing?
