Northen Rock mortgage and loan

Hi all, I was wondering if you could advise me. I had a mortgage and a small loan with Northern Rock around 2001, I don't have any paperwork on either of them, so can't check any of the details. I wondered how I would go about finding out if I had a PPI on either of them and if you reckon it is worth doing so. Thanks

Contact the Bank and ask. If they say there are no records from so long ago then your complaint is over before it's begun.
You can be sure to receive any records they do still hold on you by spending £10 on a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter to them.0
