first utility feedback

Hi i just switched to first utility.

I have seen a lot of really bad feedback on there facebook page.

Can anyone else with them give me some possible feedback?
Good or bad dont mind just would like to get to know them better - tied with them to 2016.

ok great thanks - yeah dego too late if there rubbish lol. As long as i pay i aint bothered just read loads of things about them not billing people.

I switched to them in April, not had a single problem I think most of the problems were some months ago, they have obviously taken on more staff since then and got their act together. My direct debits have been taken on time, the meter readings I have given them have been used to produce my bill and I have been told when to send them the next ones. No complaints from me.
