Hi,
just had some fab news after taking a punt on submitting a draft letter to all our banks we have been with over the years.
Santander payout was in excess of £4k
M&S are sending over £1.5k
Halifax are following up another investigation on a mortgage claim( just hope i didnt mess the telephone interview up)
plus several more still investigating
Im not sure if any of the numbers are right as we very little paperwork but believe me i dont really care we are so over the moon for not much effort
please dont lose your cash with PPI cold callers

Just had another letter this morning this time from the Halifax upholding our complaint so thats another success for us.
Plus ive raised another case with them for our first mortgage which they have conveniently forgot to investigate.
We had no idea it was on our 2nd mortgage so please all of you check
We are convinced it was on our first one...so fingers crossed0
