Feedback on 'not just kitchen ideas ltd' for a kitchen refit

Hi all, wanted some feedback on the company ' not just kitchen ideas'. They are based in frimley surrey. Has anyone used them for kitchens on here? How are their fitters? We are looking to go with the second nature doors in buttermilk ivory. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We have used them for a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom now. The designer had good ideas and suggested things we hadn't thought of.

The kitchen went without a hitch, the cabinets and doors were checked on delivery and a few damaged items (transport damage) replaced before they were needed. The fitters worked hard and kept us informed, they came back on the weekend to finish off and sorted out some other plumbing for me!

Similar story with the bedroom and bathroom, there was an issue with a worktop being specified longer than could be made but the survey team picked this up and came up with a solution. The one man band fitter did a great job of both rooms and kept the dust etc down to minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Have not need to deal much with after sales as there has not been any problems.

Thanks scfnet. That's nice to hear that you have used them more than once. Had read a couple of negative reviews on the quality of the workmanship & hence wanted some opinions as I am quite finicky about attention to detail. How were they price wise? Could you manage to negotiate further once they had quoted? Thanks
