Reserved and bought a product today which was advertised as one thing but upon buying it I was given something else. The same thing but of less value and charged the same price. It is advertised as the more expensive version on the website and am now being offered a discount card of not much value to be honest.
Sorry to be vague about it all but I am actually chatting to an adviser as I type this!
