Three days would be difficult. You could buy frozen berries, and take them out as you need them. I wouldn't honestly expect a fruit salad to last even until the following day.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0

the only way i know to make a fruit salad that doesn't brown is to make a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together and reducing it to about half its volume, cooling it and adding it to the fruit. not very diet though.Wins: 2008: £606.10 2009: £806.24 2010: £713.47 2011: 328.320

You could blend up some smoothies and freeze them as ice lollies- nice particularly in the warmer weather. I bought some molds like the pushup style.0
