Double Glazing not really 0%!

Got a quote for double glazing - 12 windows, 2 doors and french doors - £6500. That seemed reasonable so we asked about the big '1 year 0% finance' signs they had hanging about everywhere; "Oh we'll need to give you a different quote". So to take out their finance the quote is £8800! Surely they cannot advertise 0% finance when they're giving 2 different prices?? Has anyone else come across this?
