Credit balance on tesco credit card

Does anybody know what is the best way to withdraw a credit balance from a Tesco Credit Card, without incurring additional fees etc?

I don't want to spend it, although that would be the easiest option!
Would I get charged for being sent a Cheque? I imagine I would get charged for transferring the balance to my bank or another card too?0 -
They won't charge you for a cheque. But a BT or ATM withdrawal will cost you.0
