Hi.
I've currently got a baxi non-condesing boiler fitted to my house which is partially blocked by a shed.
It's currently using a rear flue, which i wanted to direct updates using a vertical flue kit,.
I'm being told conflicting information if this is possible or not.
current arrangement:
Wanted:
Is this allowed/possible? I'm trying to avoid tearing down the shed - i've spend this weekend trying to move it and not had much luck.
Thanks!

Note - i don't want to go straight up from the boiler through the garage roof as there is a lot of plumbing and wiring mounted on the wallIs this allowed/possible? I'm trying to avoid tearing down the shed - i've spend this weekend trying to move it and not had much luck.

it might be possible, but the only person who can advise is a Gas Safe registered fitter after a site visit and by reference to the manufacturer's installation instructions for your particular boiler.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Pictures taken when first looking at the problem. I've since placed a sheet of alu over the shed roof to stop burning until i can move the shed or move the flue.

Found formal documentation stating that 90* bends are not allowed to current standards ( section 7.12 of http://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/pdf/GIUSP_Edition_Consumer_web_site_Version_-_2_April_12.pdf ) so I can't get any gas-safe engineer to add this legally.
That's all i wanted to know - thanks!0
